Training
Training
Training and technical assistance are part of the NRTC's core mission. We work with vocational rehabilitation administrators, service providers, people who are blind or have low vision (B/LV) and their families, and the community at large in the following ways:
- communicating the basics of blindness and low vision
- sharing tips for the effective education, rehabilitation, and employment of people who are B/LV
- helping professionals integrate research-based findings into policymaking and service provision
