Dr. Michele McDonnall, interim director of the RRTC, recently served on a discussion panel at the annual College of Education Research Forum. Dr. McDonnall presented “Tips from Successful PIs”, along with Dr. Devon Brenner, interim department head of the Curriculum, Instruction, and Special Education department, and Dr. Lynn Darling, interim director of the Early Childhood Institute. The College of Education was honored to welcome Martha Kanter, under secretary of the U.S. Department of Education, who provided the keynote address on “Federal Funding Opportunities Available in the U.S. Department of Education”. Following these presentations, faculty and students presented their research at a poster session, where Dr. Jamie O’Mally and Ms. Alberta Orr had the opportunity to promote the current research projects and training activities of the RRTC.
