Rates are $89/night plus 14% tax. Deadline to receive conference rate is January 8, 2006. Please make your own reservations.
When making your hotel reservations, mention that you are attending the MSU conference to ensure that you receive the special conference rate.
Transportation:
The Hartsfield International Airport (ATL) is located 17 miles from the Holiday Inn Select-Decatur. The taxi fee is $40.00. The approximate time by taxi is 20 minutes. Atlanta's train station, MARTA, provides transportation from the airport to the Decatur station, and a complimentary hotel shuttle is available for those in close proximity to the hotel. The train ride is about 40 minutes.
Parking Information:
The Holiday Inn Select-Decatur has a daily parking fee of $7.00 for overnight hotel guests. The day-time conference center parking fee is $2.50 for those not staying in the hotel.
The Conference is from 9:00 AM Tuesday, February 8th until 2:00 PM on Friday, February 10th, 2006. The Exhibit area will be open 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM except during General Sessions.

Corporate Sponsorships:
Corporate sponsorships are available to those companies that would like to donate funds to offset conference interpreter costs, food functions, printing, and consumer/companion sponsorships. Also, a sponsor is being sought to provide email and video access for deaf participants. A minimum of $1000 is appreciated for all levels of special sponsorship. Booth sizes are negotiable. Please contact Stacy Butler for further information.
Program Advertising Information:
Programs will be available to all conference participants. To place an ad, please use the order form above. Mail payment and artwork (electronic or camera-ready) to the address listed below by January 6, 2006. All programs will be printed in black and white. Full and half page advertisements are available.
Full Page: 7 1/2" (w) x 10" (h) . . . $100
Half Page: 7 1/2" (w) x 4 1/2" (h) . $ 75
Interpreting Services:
Interpreting services will be available to assist exhibitors. Exhibitors are welcome to post "Interpreter Available from: (hours)" to maximize time with individuals who are deaf and minimize cost. Exhibitors are responsible for payment of the interpreters. (If no interpreters are requested by participants, interpreter cost will be refunded.) Mississippi State University will make interpreter arrangements/assignments based on information provided below. Exhibitors should include interpreter fees with registration.
Cost per hour per interpreter: $50.
If you request Interpreter services, you must notify us by January 16 or we may not be able to secure appropriate interpreters.
Cancellation policy:
You must contact us by February 5th for cancellation or a 1 day interpreter fee will be passed on to you.
