Oversight of the Project is provided by the Participatory Action Research (PAR) Team comprised of older persons with hearing and vision loss who represent major consumer organizations of persons who are blind, deaf or deafblind. Their purpose is to give consumer input into the research processes and assure that consumer issues are addressed in an appropriate manner in the research. The members of the PAR Team are:
